Formed in the year of our Goddess 2006, here is a message from our Honorary President - Christina Aguilera

Up Yours

Hi, or should I say Hola!  Or maybe even 'ow do!'  When I was first asked to be Honorary President of BWFCScotland I felt it was the happiest day of my life!  I've been a Trotter since my grandpapa first told me about them in our little shack on the side of Mount Chiapaciana, near the lost city of Machu Picchu.  He spoke of a tribe of footballers who graced the English game.  Names like Lofthouse, Banks, Worthington and Holdsworth conjured up pictures in my mind that I would cherish for the rest of my life.

On my first visit to Bolton I made my way to Burnden Park to watch a 2-2 draw with Crewe Alexandra.  All I have to do is close my eyes and the sights, smells and sounds of that day come flooding back.   I took my 'Papa back a hat and scarf from the Happy Shop.  His final wish was to be buried with these souvenirs in our families Montezuma Hall burial chamber.  .

It's a little known fact that that game, in the mud was the inspiration for my number one hit Dirrrty!

Now the internet not only gives me the chance to flog ring tones to impressionable teenage boys but also to  keep tabs on The Superwhites, or (Los BlancosSupremos as we say in Chiapaciana) and I'm very proud to be part of BWFCScotland.

xxx Christina
